Hey Guys,
A few months ago, on my way to work, my Fiat Bravo broke down in the middle of the road.
I tried to start it several times but nothing happened.
I couldn't hear the fuel pump working either, but as I needed the car fast at the time, I took it to a mechanic who replaced the fuel pump, but the problem persisted.
Until I discovered that the pump's power supply wires and the connector were faulty, at which point I rewired it and everything worked.
However, I started to have a problem: whenever I start the car, it takes about 6/7 seconds to start because the fuel takes so long to reach the engine.
In this video I'm going to reattach the old pump to see if the problem is the pump or if I have another problem resulting from the intervention that was carried out.
The fuel pump replacement is really similar inmany different cars.

Engraçado que eu também tive de mudar a bomba do meu. No meu caso tive de trocar a peça completa porque partiu um dos tubos. Tenho tudo filmado, falta editar. Se calhar vou começar por editar os vídeos que tenho gravados, pelo menos até à parte em que parti a bomba e substituí...
Editar é uma seca mas tem de ser feito amigo 😅... Força nisso 💪No meu caso ainda nao percebi o porquê da bomba nova não puxar combustível correctamente, as specs são a mesmas da antiga, mas enfim é o que é... Vou guardar pode ser precisa no futuro.
@@RandomTubePT A bomba não deveria deixar a gasolina voltar para trás, se calhar é isso que está a acontecer, ao desligar está a deixar retornar e depois demora mais tempo a ganhar pressão
Sim amigo... O mais estranho é que desde que substitui a bomba o problema não voltou a acontecer 🤔

@@NaoSouMecanico É possivel amigo, Eu mantive a marca e specs da antiga, para nao correr riscos, mas no final nao correu muito bem. Felizmente com a antiga voltou ao normal 😀 Nao te esqueças de começar a publicar conteúdos, força nisso. Grande Abraço e avança com isso 😉🫡💪
