  • In todays chronicle, I'm scrapping out this HUGE Chiller. I obtained this chiller in an auction for a very low price, and had a great time doing so. Part 2 will be coming soon, there was just too much for one video!

You did an awesome job. On salvaging. Good chunk of money sitting right there. I ran my own salvage company for 23 years even though I have retired from it I still Salvage. Once you start you never stop. Not having Sawzall blades definitely hits the pocketbook. I found the best place for salvaging is the Diablos from Home Depot. Seabrook awesome for copper and cut in the Inns off of the aluminum copper radiators. Good to see another Salvage like you saving the motors. That's a good thing I have never found no use for those Breakers but I do take the copper IND fuses cut the copper off the them keep up the awesome videos. And may your hunts always be good

The box with water and refrigerant lines is a plate heat exchanger. Those fans are most likely 3 phase.

You're a bit more fortunate than most of us. I don't have a tractor or a super heavy duty trailer. Just a single axel. BUT.. My shop is air conditioned so eat your heart out lol

Also, thos compressors... would make one hell of a Air compressor motor. FInd a big air tank and a regulator and hook that up, should give you a insane amount of PSI and wit htheir size, fantastic volume.

You brought that at the right price. I was happy when I was the only bidder and got a 1700# air conditioner for scrap that came off a hospital for $75 and thought I did great.

The contactors in the control panel often have silver buttons on the tip of the contacts. Torch and pliers takes them off.

Gold and silver can be very profitabily chemically separated from the circuit boards. If I were you I'd find a tutorial for that and build up piles of boards as you go then do a bulk separation. Its really easy chemistry just look around here for explanation vids. You won't regret it and neither will your bank statement
