Gorgeous garden!
Thank you, Jodie! ❤️

Your garden grows so profusely! Other than the no dig method, can you tell us what you've done to the soil to make it so rich? Thank you!
Thank you! Honestly, a lot of my soil is pretty rough! 😖 Early on I’d amend hole by hole… I do wish I works have devoted a few years to JUST improving my soil before planting… but that was 19 years ago and what did I know?! 🤭 I do think adding mulch each year or so has gradually helped, but planting densely and with plants I know tend to do well for me (this is why you see lots of repeated plants!) helps make it seem very full!

Have you had any problems with your rhododendron leaves turning yellow? This is my first year with rhododendrons and we have been experienced so much rain here in Iowa that I think it's making the leaves turn yellow. it only seems to be the older leaves that are turning yellow.I did order some Holly tone in hopes that this will help it out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi! That’s pretty normal for the older leaves to turn yellow and then to fall off. It’s just part of its process! Our Madrone trees do the same, as do lots of other “evergreens”.
I agree. Don't like to see the caged doggie.
He’s just in his crate. 😊 I had actually just fed all 4 of my dogs and they have to be fed separately so that they eat their own food. 2 were in their crates, one was in the house, and the 4th, my golden, is out. They all crate themselves regularly throughout the day because their crates are their rest place, and they all need their down time. Our 3 border collies are very active ranch dogs. Be assured, my 4 dogs are all well cared for and very loved. If you continue to watch my videos, please know that I cherish both people and animals and I have their best interest at heart. ❤️
I can’t focus on the video because you have your dog in a cage. 😢
Same 😞
Do you know her or the circumstances?
I totally understand your concern, but he’s just in his kennel. They’ve been crate trained since babies and he’s just fine. It’s actually the only time that he’s able to relax because he’s a border collie and wants to work, constantly. He crates himself all throughout the day, and feels very safe in there. No worries! ❤️ You may hear them bark, but again, they’re just fine and well taken care of!
No worries! He’s just fine… as a dog owner of 4 very busy dogs sometimes we just have to crate them. They’ve been crate trained since they were puppies. It’s actually really good for him (all of our Border collies) to be crated occasionally throughout the day because they are an extremely high activity dog and they need their break time. ❤️ I was only filming for about 40 minutes and then he was off and running … and running … and running… 😂
You should watch her other videos. Her dogs are obviously loved and have plenty of freedom.
