I think that what we really need is some AI where we can import a model, for example just with colors, and specify materials for the colors with the prompt, without messing with the architecture ir changing things

Nice presentation, thanks! It seems like Pinterest, but with the actual Revit geometry😊.
I believe that utilizing real-world data to adjust a 3D model would be a much more effective approach than generating 2D images. The latter only captures one angle and lacks the depth that a 3D model provides.

@@victorpaez9836 obviously he is talking about archviz jobs in this case... and yes it will, just not tomorrow. It will not put you out of a job but your job will change and different jobs will be created. This technology is still young... just wait a few more years. architecture has always been stubborn to change.

Actually quite interesting, seems good for brainstorming, not really for quality production.... Yet
Wouldn't help me brainstorm. Only use is for visualizing/showing what you want.
The problem with all AI for rendering is you will never get the same exact result if you need to move/copy cameras around for various views and/or if a client calls and say's they like the rendering exactly as is but requests a completely different view with the same exact look.
Impressive how it can make realistic renders in seconds. This actually saves a lot of rendering time, hundreds of dollars in 3D models, and computer resources. On the other hand, personally, I find this kinda useless. For the first look of the building, or design variations, it is really something, but overall - not so much. Well, let's how AI rendering goes...

Looks bad lol, but is an interesting tool, very useful for concepttual design
it's impressive but at the same time it's scary, I have the impression that it will kill the creativity of architects
A worthy fear. But on the flip side you have the current state where we get about 5 hours of meeting time a day, followed by 1 hour of ideation/sketching/problem solving (aka, guerilla desk meetings and distractions), followed by 30 minutes of time to realize your idea with what ever medium is the fastest to get up on the board. Available time, or lack there of has already killed creativity.
This is only for art/concepts i guess. Very scary, as everything AI.
