so the original version of “tame impala let it happen but it’s slowed and you’re crying in a bathroom” got privated, and my heart was honestly broken. this slowed down version was one of my favorite songs. so, i found the same exact slowed version on another channel (credits to nightvibes), found the same picture that was used in the video on a chinese website, and pieced them together :)

Why this is the best thing I ever listened?
Not gonna lie, been suffering with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. Parents abused and disowned me at 19. Now I'm 34 constantly struggling with PTSD like symptoms from the abuse. Decided to write about it to try and purge it from my system, and damn. This song made me feel like I was watching each incident in blurred slowed vision over again. Powerful. I hope you are all doing well and continuing to fight that ever so tiring battle. Live for the moments where life glows.

I just got AirPod pros and I was listening to this in the dark and I was relaxing myself and I kept spinning off and I could feel myself moving but I was still laying there on my bed under the covers, I imagined me floating and the speed kept picking up and picking up and I started floating in darkness and I realized I was floating in space and I crashed into the moon, I was laying on the moon with my eyes closed then through my eyelids I could see a blue light, and I opened them and there was the earth, it was beautiful, then I said to myself that where I am right now, that’s where everybody is right now, I could see the whiteness of the clouds, it was extremely beautiful, then I started floating again and I was spinning and spinning, faster and faster to the point where I could see the blue light blurring by as I was crashing back home and I ended up back in my bed at home in the USA and opened my eyes and the song was over.
This is the greatest song I’ve ever heard in my entire life and I listen to music everyday, even at school I listen to at least 30 songs in a day. God bless music fr, this is an amazing creation and it’s apart of life.

Sadness like this feels sort of... cozy. Dim lights, worries, and some strange comfort, even though nothing seems good. Maybe we're addicted to it because that's our way of life now. I, for instance, can't really bear summer and am waiting for winter - the first time in my life when I am waiting for a colder season, just because they're going alright with my current mood.
How does this mainly give sad vibes? This also gives reflexive and imaginative vibes but not in a sad way.
