I sold my second car and a two wheeler.But this time I told them no delivery till vehicle is transferred in their name.I got full payment in advance and engaged my agent to transfer vehicle.Only when agent confirmed transfer of vehicle to new owner I gave the delivery I hope these portals give some kind of undertaking for safeguarding any liability of seller till the time it is transferred to new owner

Actually they do not do meter tampering. But they cannot find if the meter has been tampered so you May end up buying car with meter tampering without they being aware of it.

Cars24 bargain like women doing shopping...first they asked my expectation, I told 4.5 lakh. they started bargaining from 2L upto they reached 4L. Each day they kept on increasing 20-30000 for a week.
Do you know in that 90 days if something bad happens with your car, you will be dragged to the court. No matter which and how many agreement you did with agent.

They will give you the entire amount before car handover but hold 3000 inr for e adhar verification. But I feel the legal process is not full proof.
