For a while, I had been seeing occasional updates from Opal on Twitter about an animation she had been working on for The Bidding, and I thought it was too cool not to be seen by as many people as possible, so I got in contact and asked if it would be ok to feature it on my channel as an official music video of sorts.

To be clear, by the way, this is not a return to Tally Hall. As I said, I just happened upon updates for an animation that was already being created and wanted to broadcast it to more people. It'll still be a long, long time before I come back to TH/CCCC/HMS...

As well as that, I want to make something very, very clear: This is NOT me making a return to Tally Hall covers, or CCCC, or HMS.
As I said in the description, I happened upon progress updates of this animation on Twitter and simply wanted to bring it to as many eyes as possible.
I still have no intention of returning to TH/CCCC/HMS any time soon. I've got so many ideas I want to work through that frankly just seem far more fun and fulfilling.
Sorry to those who got excited! But I've gotta look after myself, and returning to TH prematurely just seems like a terrible idea on all sides, for everyone.
I'll come back to it eventually! when I'm ready.

H. Heart being composed of circles and rounder/softer angles, with Mind being composed of squares and sharper angles, showing how they're depicted as practically polar opposites. And Soul being composed of a mix of both aspects- Heart's softer angles and Mind's sharper ones-, while also having his own shape in the form of triangles... which represents that he is a mixture of both Heart and Mind, but at the same time, he is also his own person. I Love Character Design.
I adore how at 2:00 you see souls face turn from "great thier fighting again.." to "...wait is that harmony?"

Personally my minds always been kinda fucky wucky and I’ve always depicted myself as more, more than one, just all and nothing. The voices in my head never helped, BUT EVER SINCE I DISCOVERED THIS I FELT I WASNT ALONE, listening to this, listening to all your songs in general are just a work of art. It brings an old feeling I’ve only felt during my childhood days. This shit scratches the itch in brain, the itch that has existed for YEAARRRSSS. Anyways no time for yappin. I like how both the heart and the mind are blind. The heart chooses to be blind(by wearing a blindfold) to show that fallowing your heart requires you to ignore logic. The mind is actually blind(by having cataracts) to show how by just fallowing what the most optimal path is you will end up miserable. It's just really nice to see the symbolism.

I just realized something, out of the three heart represents humanity so they look the most human but they are blinded by emotion. The mind is robotic but intelligent and cold and the soul feels hollow because it is only the identity.
