4:39 is so insanely beautiful. Dany always gets the best tracks, but this piece tops even Dance with dragons (Drogon's pit scene). The three dragons unleashed together, Jon's look of disbelief that she actually came for them... I was so glad they did not put a hint of Dracarys in that track, because Dracarys is conqueror, vengeful, angry Dany, and this scene was not vengeful Dany - this scene was savior Dany.

Dany's theme actually starts at 4:10, when the "flutter" starts, and then it's a build-up, with a stronger rhythmic drum beat and sounds like dragon's wings

Out of this entire track, for me nothing sits above the chilling dread that sinks in at 5:40. Not the triumphant arrival of the dragons, not the desperate last stand or the ferocious struggle. That awful, _awful_ dread that builds for an entire minute, and then has the *nerve* to come back at 7:12. That's the crowning arc of this piece.

the power of the dragons may hit you at 4:39 but the emotional impact of this part is 5:09 when jon & dany catch eyes. beautiful. masterpiece. as I always say, djawadi is the greatest star of this show.

3:13 I love how Jon's theme is this kind of Last Stance, noble sacrifice kind of music. It's so great that a show that once only had themes for each House has evolved those themes for the few characters that are still alive, such as Cersei's Lannister theme, Euron's Greyjoy twist, and Jon's final stance theme.

I think this is Jon’s Stark Theme. Never fully forms into the real one cause he’s not a Real Stark. You can hear it trying to form into the Stark theme but it just strays away.

4:39 no hero in any movie or comic could ever have such a masterpiece as there enterence music only the mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen.
and they better reuse 6:41 when Dany finds out that Viserion is the Dragon that the Night King is riding be so powerful and emotional.

That chill you get at the start, remembering the flashbacks of the battle!And then when Dany arrives with her dragons later on as Jon Snow and his friends fight for their lives in slow motion. The name of this soundtrack though is the same title as one of the Hyrule Total War soundtracks called Against All Odds. Both are when you are outnumbered and when you are in an intense battle. Pretty epic.
The scene where the heir and the rightful queen earned respect of each other

There are countless CZcamsrs comparing the show to the books. Many mention that though David and Dan changed significant parts of the story and remove characters because the show would become much longer than 8 seasons. However some key points of the story need to remain so both books and show progress in same general direction. Some speculate David and Dan merged The Nights King and the 13th Lord Commander of the Nights Watch legends by asking GRRM for his outlines for the remaining books he has yet to write. It seems their Night King may be loosely connected unless Bran reveals more of his backstory in season 8. True the 3 Fires Prophecy was never mentioned in the show but Daenerys still had connections with the men connected to the prophecy Khal Drogo, Euron, Jon Snow.

YES! I was looking for this. I loved this whole sequence. Especially when shows the whole battle from way up high and you see just the sheer number of wights closing in on them.
Okay I came here looking for music to use in my d&d campaign and I've liked the music in got but damn after listening through the music on its own I have a new level of respect. Bravo god damn this soundtrack is incredible.

As much as I adore this track, the music we hear in the show is a bit better - it's longer and it sounds better, plus that moment when Dany arrives, her theme is performed with a choir as well, which makes it sound more godly and divine if you will, whereas what we hear here is only the orchestral music. It's heroic, but not as it is in the show.
