It totally depends upon person's capabilities to involve him/her in learning Persian. If you are dedicated enough so, 6months to 1 year is enough to have good Persian skills. But if you are in passive mode, and wants to learn slowly, so it may take nearly 2 to 3 years. At the same time, i know some lazy students who spent 6 years in Iran , but still couldn't speak proper sentences 😁. Count me in those lazy ones 😉

MD degree is of 7 Years. Which includes 18 months (1.5 year) of Housejob/internship. If you don't want to do 18 months (1.5 years) of housejob/internship, so university will give you 5.5 Years MBBS degree. Therefore, both have same courses, rules, policy and classes. For both MD & MBBS, exams and classes will be held in Persian after 3rd Year. MBBS doesn't include 18-Months Internship /Housejob.

It's valid in India and safe, as english medium but as per NMC rule internship is mandatory. Only get admission in MD course, it's high standard medical university and worth it to study for 7 years, you can prepare yourself for FmGE and PG in this duration

I have checked about Isfahan university and it's mbbs is recognized by world dictionary of medical school and the website says it teaching medium is English for mbbs and Persian for MD. Is that true?
In the basic science phase, you have 3 types of credits, general(عمومی) compulsory( الزامی), and floating( شناور). For the basic science exam, you have to pass all compulsory and general credits but if you fail any floating credit you can give the basic science exam and then you can also pass floating credits in the pathophysiology phase. In addition, if your GPA is above 17 you can also able to take 24 credits In basic science phase

Your statement is nearly mix up of two different things. Let me clear it. Shiraz university MBBS is recognized by WFME/ World Directory of Medical Schools. But Shiraz University MBBS is NOT ECFMG certified. Only their MD degree is certified on ECFMG.

its easy to get admission in Iranian Medical residency in TUMS. Even you can choose your favorite residency. but you have to pay 6000$ per year tuition fees including hostel fee. Moreover, residency programs are completely in Persian. A to Z in Persian. Also, after getting medical residency, you may not get a liscene until & uptill you apply for work here in peripheral village areas.

Right now, Most senior student in Shaheed Baheshti International Campus is in 5th semester. So no one can verify this statement. May be they decided to take exams in English. But i really doubt that. Well, at the very end, clinical years will be in Persian. During hospital rotations, they can't teach you in English. You have to be efficient in Persian for clinical rotations.
Shiraz university international campus is too much inclined towards English Medium teachings. For example, shiraz university students used to note down Patient history in English during hospital rotations. But still all exams & classes after 3rd year, are being held in Persian Language.
Only select English medium schools only as Tehran medical, shahid beheshti Isfahan and Shiraz medical university. I'm from India and passed out from shahid beheshti medical college, now passed FmGE and now have good career. At my time language was Persian, there is no difference, it all depends on your dedication and efforts,
