I’m so happy this helped you!!! Faux locs are so pretty but they just hurt so bad lol. I put in a different color about two weeks ago and loved them so much. Thank you so much for letting me know, you made my day.

Same. I got 4 hours of sleep. I have booty length faux locs. Woke up at 4am. Put some biosilk on my scalp, wrapped my locs at the top of my head and put on a bonnet and sure enough the pressure relieved the pain.

People say it will get better in a few days, but OMG I don't think I'm going to make it!!!! I'm going to take a hot shower and see if that will ease this tension. Not sure I can do this again.

@@JemilahAli after about 6 days they did loosen up a bit. I think it’s also the stylist. I left them in for 4.5 weeks and had them taken out. I will try it again but with someone different. Regarding the tips I tried lightly massage scalp and that gave a little relief but mixed some oil and water in spray bottle and sprayed scalp twice a day.

I got mines done and i had them in for 3 days now. On the first day i got them, they were TIGHT. On the second day, they were still tight but they started to itch a little.
