@@Powergryph exactly, some parts look super good deco wise. the deco quality is not super consistent though and some yellow + blue + white + beach background dual parts dont look very nice but at least those parts stand out… which is something i guess. the theming is in general pretty nice and different for a top 1. song choice/usage is good too, i find it funny the slow part of the song in the very beginning is at 4x speed though. and of course, its a very fun level to watch the gameplay for.
the structure of this video feels very weird, im only halfway through but the first half has a lot of “this level is okay. some parts of it are bad.” to “this is one of the worst levels” to “this level is decent. every level past this point is gonna be good levels now” to “this next level is completely horrible. some of the worst gameplay and not even very good deco for the time” to “this level is a total masterpiece. (demon park)” to “this level is pretty meh, not that good tbh” yeah, in that order. you never know if the next level he mentions is gonna have something positive to say or not, even if the level before he is very positive. though i understand this is a very big list, i have a very hard time making top 10 lists and theres like… 50 levels here or something idk. so getting exact placements are near impossible… (i also wish there was more “reminders” of number placements here, numbering EVERY level could be annoying but it would be nice to occasionally hear “we’ve gotten out of the bottom 5 now,” or “we’re just reaching the halfway point” and stuff)

What's much more significant about that list is the levels that aren't on it: Artificial Ascent, Digital Descent, Sakupen Hell, Yatagarasu...
27:07 100% agreed, its just bloodlust but nowhere near as messy. 33:45 I get this, but the theme of zodiac I believe was literally "a Zodiac of levels" a lot of levels unrelated was what they were trying to actually do. 39:40 I think Acheron is "a river to Tartarus" so it makes sense that it isn't as red and hellish as Tartarus but still has it to covey a sort of death + hell theme.
I agree with most of these. The slaughterhouse atmosphere is something none of the other levels on the list have and thats what sets it apart from the others.

I have very good progress on bloodbath and some decent-ish runs on bloodlust, and I gotta say, its a blast to play. Idk I just find them really damn fun. I love overdecorated levels in general, so I really love bloodlusts deco And over all, bloodlust is one of the first levels that I ever saw, and I was impressed by it a lot. So yeah my not only fav top 1, but level in general. Also, spitting facts about ICDX. At first I thought the gameplay is horrible and I will never be able to beat it cuz I cant do proper practice runs. But with time it got super consistent and super fun.

And that is the drop at 28%, you have to rely on both muscle memory and music sync to pass the first click of The Golden wave. It is very dark, but you can see the gameplay -even on full detail- on phones
Your criticisms and comments on the levels always make sense to me, but I genuinely can't understand the placements. Like, DD isn't that much worse than AA, but it's 7 places lower! Your comments don't really seem to match up much with the placements of the levels.

I dont agree with you on bloodbath and yatagarasu. Both are insanely fun to play imo (I nearly connected runs on yata with over 20k attempts, and am one of the unluckiest victors of bloodbath and still really like both levels).
Makes sense lol. The real remake for Red World is Crimson World by Cyrillic, and also Red World Infinity by nSwish, and can’t forget about Red World Rebirth by Riot. Crimson Planet is not a Red World Remake however lol.
