Yeah, if they skip the intro or simply ignore what you said and just focus on the crap they have to say, that's up to them. You were clear enough and it's all with one thing in mind: fun.
So it's a great video :D no need for it to make sense to everyone but for you to share a list you came up with and for people to see what you think and have a place to share their own opinions of their own list and so on.
Lizard deserves the spot. He is just fantastic. I don’t purchase a ton of MLs. But he is over the top good.

Great list! I've always been picky with Marvel Legends and try sticking to one and done versions of characters but this year was really tough, there were so many great releases that I ended up doing a top 20 this year, but for my top 10 I love all those figures.
10. Retro Apocalypse: The lack of shading is my only real issue. I think this is a really fun Apocalypse figure with a lot of display options, I ended up using him in my main display.
9. Skrull army builders: I love the Skrulls, to me they're the most iconic 'group' villain in the Marvel universe, and as simple as they are I really like these figures, and it was fun to scatter them around my display hiding behind other hero teams.
8. 2-pack Doc Ock: I know it's mostly reuse, and I still don't love the arms, but I'm so much happier with this version than the previous. The colours are better, the extra accessories do so much to vary his display options, I'm very glad to have him front and center on my Spidey villains display.
7. Retro Rhino: Always loved this character as a kid and this figure works so much better for me than the Diamond Select. I think the faces are really well done and have a lot of character.
6. Renew Your Vows Spider-Man: I was never happy with the retro version, but this I love. It's better proportioned and articulated, my only issue is for all the steps up, the neck ruins a lot of poses for me. It's almost my perfect Spider-Man figure, if not for the neck and the darkness of the blue, but it's still great either way.
5. 20th Anniversary Toad: Overpriced, but to me this was the best articulated Marvel Legends figure of last year, he's never not in a dynamic pose on my shelf. I also really like the wash on him, wish we saw that more often.
The top 4 really vary for me.
4. Baron Zemo: He was my number 1 for most of the year, I love the character but the figure tripped me out at first, because of how well it nailed my mind's eye of the character. The head sculpt, proportions, pretty much everything was how I picture him in my head, and that's not very common for me with this line.
3. Pulse 3-pack Daredevil: I echo your sentiment about this figure. Since I started collecting this line in 2017 I've been waiting for a great Daredevil as he's my favorite Marvel hero, I skipped every other version but this one was worth the wait. I also don't mind the reuse since the plainness of the design not only distinguishes him from Spider-Man, but it also means there's no designs or patterns that get broken up when posing him.
2. King in Black 2-pack Venom: This was the first Venom figure I got that I was happy with, the Monster Venom was cool but restricted, same with the Diamond Select. This though makes for such an awesome looking figure that fits pretty close to my ideal look for a generic Venom. The movie body is great, the tongue head works for a more generic look whilst the closed mouth feels more classic 90's to me.
1. Retro Lizard: As a kid the Lizard was my favorite Spider-Man villain but I never got a figure of him with the classic lab coat look. Now this isn't personal bias as since then he's dropped down a lot lower on my favorite villains list, but this figure like you said is a near perfect release. I'm also a sucker for classic designs sot that head option was great. I wasn't 100% on him being my top pick, until I remembered I've taken him off the shelf more than any other release this year. Just solid overall.

Also, I messed up not including Zemo somewhere. I liked that figure a lot.
I literally just got that Knull/Venom set yesterday. Swapped out the feet on Venom and it’s literally my favorite version I have. Maybe one of my favorite Legends ever.
Nice! I might do that one day but I'm happy with it as is.
So many great ML figs this year. It's hard to whittle it down to 10. Spiral would have been high on my list but I'm still waiting for that one. My top 3 for the year are retro Lizard, retro Apocalypse and retro Iron Man with Proton Cannon. I also really like Daredevil and Elektra from that 3 pack but I had to let that one go for budgetary considerations.

1 AF15/Animated Spidey - Great accessories, proportions, and articulation. Love both headsculpts and the blue on the animated one

Something the gets overlooked on Morg is his proportions. We want those big barrel chested, huge shouldered, v-shaped superheroes. We got that with Morg. Dude is thicc. We need that kind of sculpting on more male figures.

Highly recommend the Silver Surfer Black miniseries; it's a great story for justifying Knull to oneself without necessarily having to read all of King in Black

I was a bit disappointed in the Quake figure until I stuck a Silk head on her and painted the ends of her hair purple to make her more modern and now she's a ten
I have read that book. Its a good read and Knull was cool in it but it didnt make me a crazy Knull fan.
Wade, this was so much fun to watch! I'm realizing how many good figures I passed on this year, like the Daredevil (didn't want to buy a 3 pack) and the Cyclops (not a fan of cell shading). I did happen to get RYV Spidey, Beast, Black Panther, Lizard and a few others that I agree were exceptional. If I were doing a top 10, the Retro Rhino would be in there and the 20th Anniversary Hulk. I know they are repaints, but I didnt have either of the originals. Happy New Year Wade and Tuesday crew!!!

Great list! I agree about that Doctor Strange, I ended up upgrading the cape, absolutely fire now. And you're right about that Iceman figure. He went straight into storage. I already had Firestar, but I'll take an updated body and any animal figures I can get! Popped the Pizza Spidey head onto that red and blue body: perfect Spider-Man.
Maaan that Iceman is a joke and I just can’t get myself to pay for that. I’d love to get that Spidey one day though

Wicked dope vid bro, I loved it and you picked some superb figs. Oyyye I hope I can score a Lizard sometime soon for retail price. I couldn't get to any walmarts till just the other day and they had no Spidey Legends. So I did go ahead and order the Amazing friends 3 pack. I figured I wouldnt score the animated series one and I never bought the last Firestar..so even though the Iceman is weak I am stoked to get the pack. But my collection need that Lizard if anything now.

Another good list. I liked all these too. Marvel Legends while I think I got most of their product this year outside the retro X-Men or animated X-Men this line took second/third fiddle to product from NECA and Joes. I do love the new young body Spidey figures. It’s awesome. But my list is similar. Lizard is great. The 20th anniversary Toad, Cap, and Hulk were great too. Legends had a good year. Galactus is signature.
Hopefully Spiral is a small indicator that Hasbro may reattempt six armed Spider-Man. Because the biggest problem with that figure was that it had no torso articulation whatsoever. No ab crunch. No waist swivel. Since they were able to give Spiral torso articulation, maybe they can do it again for six armed Spidey. I may be giving Hasbro a little too much credit, but I think maybe they could do it.
That six armed Spidey is an embarrassment
Outstanding list, many of them are in my Top ten as well. I did include the Venom from the Symbiote 3pack and the Spiderman from the amazing friends 3pack. Great idea in using a separate list for the repaints that were amazing, that way they don't take up a spot away from a new 2022 figure while still showing them the love they deserve. Iron Spider and Dr Strange were Honorable mentions for me too

Knull is one of my favorite villains in marvel, as soon as I saw that figure I got him. I know he wasn’t perfect but at least we got one. That venom could’ve been perfect just the wing holes in his back messed it up.

My only notes: that single-packed Longshot & Spiral you showed haven't been released yet - they're not supposed to be out until April. Those are absolutely 2023 releases not 2022.

it amazes me how we weren't getting double jointed female arms pretty recently and now were getting pinless double jointed ones consistently
I know! Its frustrating because for years they refused and now they are doing it on almost every female figure.
I think you're right most people will ignore Longshot. I like the one I got from the Mojoworld pack. It's an odd figure because the one you're talking about is technically a 2023 release from the next X-Men wave, Spiral is also not a 2022 release. I got on Shartimus about him calling that wave a 2022 wave too, because it hasn't been officially released in North America yet even though you can source it from other places.
The Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends three pack is another example of Hasbro no knowing what the fuck they're actually doing. Animation color Apocalypse without the cell shading when all of the other animated figures have it. Then they release a single card "animated Spider-Man" with cell shading but then they release a three pack from an animation as well with only one of the figures, Ice Man, actually having cell shading (he really looks great, actually.)

2022 was good year for Marvel Legends so my top 10 list is.......
1. Alex Ross model 70 Iron Man because I do love that design
2. 20th Captain America because he is the most classic version
3. X-MEN retro carded lab coat Beast because that calm head sculpt does look really badass in my honest opinion
4. RYV Spider-Man with the awesome Ben Reilly Spider-Man head
5. heat claws Wolverine despite not having regular looking claws
6. 3 pack red suit Daredevil despite the price and being a Pulse exclusive does really suck
7. US Agent despite not coming with an unmasked John Walker head sculpt
8. Disney+ She Hulk because I really love the beautiful likeness of Tatiana Maslany
9. TOEI Supaidaman despite not coming with a 3rd set of open wide hands
10. Blue Marvel because he doesn't have his white sideburns but will great with the Ultimates team.

Personally, I'd replace Black Panther with Zemo. Siege is one of my favorite Avengers storylines, and the figure we got matches it perfectly. Great job, though.
Hasbro could use the tooling from Zeno and use it as a new body for HYPERION!

I disagree about the spider-man / cyclops thing. cyclops is on a completely different body than the old one. With Spidey is pretty much the same except for the arms and legs. Still a great figure though
The Lizard fig had no paint and was almost smaller than Spidey. Good figure but I wouldn't put it higher than honorable mentions

Yeah they had a great year! I will say though, I think they need to trim the fat. A lot of the great figures are still in waves full of trash figures haha.
For Cyclops I would tell you that the new one coming for X-Men 97 is gonna be king. Otherwise I'd say to see the Toys R Us exclusive with Dark Phoenix or the All New X-Men 5 pack that came out with all the first class suits.
The up coming version is the same as the Animated version from 2023 right? That is a great figure for sure.
@UnparalleledUniverse seems like it but he gets that sick blast effect and he will have bright animated color paint like the Wolverine did.
My favorite Spider-Man figure of 2022 is the animated series new released, Spider-Man figure animated series

Two awesome gigantic figures that made great centerpieces for any collector .
Then .... they laid an egg in 2022 .
Hopefully they can give us a better representation in 2023 .

GREAT top I agree. If that's YOUR not objective top It's perfectly fine. Some of these are in mine too.
This year has been amazing for ML and I'm happy with how it turned out. There were disappointments, of course, but there's no point in focusing on that. There are still figures that I would like to get to the top but they were not that perfect and didn't have big attachment:
2pack ock. he looks almost perfect but maaaaaaan tentacles are pain in the butt XD
Black Panther it's not my favorite design because of grey gloves and boots but he is fine
Knull really good but don't have big attachment
And now my top 15 I guess. Like you said, maybe I'll change my mind about the order below because the top 6 stays for sure.
Especially since I still don't have some figures. But these are my favorites and the order doesn't necessarily matter because I like them the same.
15. Retro Symbiote spider-man. He managed to get the top because the costume is great and the figure is perfect in my opinion. Pins don't bother me. he has all the hands. and it's a good figure. simply
14. Comic Gorr. And for now just 4 places figures that I don't have but I definitely have to get them eventually but I know they will be in my top.I don't really know the character that well, but he has a great design and the figure looks great. normal hands, one with a sword, a hooded head and one furious without. And I would definitely like to know more about him. He looks badass.
13. Toad. I love such absurd characters and funny. And yet the toad is one of them. Same with the blob I've been waiting for a hell of a long time for the new blob and toad and I'm finally getting them. This is my rather favorite version of the toad. yellow and purple suit, skinny. The articulation is cool and the accessories are all right. Fists, open hands, frogs XD and interchangeable heads one with a sneering smile and the other great with a tongue
12. Amazon exclusive 3pack Venom. And yet it is a venom that is still in my top because hasbro fulfilled my wish and they finally did a repaint of this retro venom. Great articulation, nice proportions. Very cool two new heads. PHENOMENAL head of eddie and venom half something WONDERFUL. And the other normal one which is interesting and I haven't seen anything like it before. smaller mouth, not so big teeth, squinted eyes, and a damn long tongue. this Venom is definitely more classic. and it's also nice that there are no more holes in the shoulders, but on the other hand, these tentacles sticking out only from shoulders look as if they came from nowhere IMO because there are no other in different places . Which is a bit off to me.
11. Deluxe Mojo. I love how he is recreated. The articulation is fine, I wouldn't expect much from such a character. That's how huge he is and now to my surprise I like this Deluxe version more than from the box set because even though there is not that much painting, it looks more outstanding to me because I already have some yellow characters on the shelf and it looks more disgusting like rotten pale flesh. On the other side the box set hmmmmm I don't know the dirt on stomach, finger nails, more colorful wires. Comparing to him deluxe one is weaker. But looking just at the deluxe he is so good.
10. Iron Spider is really cool I didn't expect to like him so much. Glossy paint, articulation, the whole look of the figure. Unfortunately, it is not worth the price because I miss wall crawling hands and more movement points in these legs, which makes me feel limited. But still a very nice figure and I had a lot of fun with it
9.20th Captain America. I don't have much of an attachment to this character. And captain was never my favorite character. I always liked Iron man and HULK much more. But the figure is really respectable. The articulation, the whole look, the accessories where it really shines. Steve Rogers' head, saluting hand, pointing hand, open palms, fists, and the shield effects are great, I just don't like the lightning bolts because without thor it doesn't make sense to me. And that's the only flaw that is quite serious for me - holes in the shield and since I don't have any other, I'm forced to always keep it with the effects. And also these old-school bases and cards which for me really nicely improve the presentation of figures and this applies to everyone: Hulk, Iron man and Toad
8. Retro Shocker. And it's a character that definitely has an interesting design. And actually the only drawback are those old effects that even do their job but could be better. I thought I would be bothered by the fact that the nets are not painted, but I like it better that way, so more realistic. and the accessories, sculpting, articulation and overall look of the figure I like it
7. First Appearance Spider-man/ Amazing Fantasy 15. I love they did the first look. Smaller bodymold, Black and red, web wings + more squinted eyes. Perfect.
Great articulation, Accessories and proportions for IMO clearly younger Peter Parker. THis is one of the best spider-man action figures of all time. It's not my IDEAL Spidey but he is cool. The TAS one is really beautiful but it's not my favorite but brith blue the head is outstanding.
6. 20th Anniversary Hulk. The first time I saw him, I didn't like the heads at all. Well, it wasn't my ideal hulk. But when I saw more photos and reviews, I was really hyped. Upgrade in terms of painting many shades of green, more visible torn purple pants, articulation like the previous ones but since I had not dealt with this bodymold before, I was enchanted. Accessories include fists again, open hands, mandroid helmet trophy so cool, and a very cool effect base. HULK SMASH!!!!!!!. I LOVE IT. And surprisingly, the part of the figure that I thought was the worst turned out to be the best. Heads one more so moody or growling and TOTALLY ANGRY something amazing how alive it looks. They Killed it and it is UPGRADE.
5. Retro Rhino It is a very old figure, but I think it looks good in this case, the proportions are perfect for me if I think of a rhino and it's fun to pose. I love the new heads more bright grey and those details , fists, open hands that can hold spider-man. PERFECT charge position. The articulation could have been better, but the way it looks overall hides any flaws. I didn't expect to love it so much but I had so much fun with him suprisingly.
4. Retro Lizard. I've been waiting a long time for a lizard that is more humanoid than monstrous. Like the one from the box set from toybiz fear some foes.
I love the accessories and option to display him more modern and first appearance where like you I just LOVE those first ridiculous designs and in Lizard case they Nailed it and Killed it!!!!! Super articulation, perfect design. Great articulation. Wire in the tail. I love it, I can't believe there are still people who don't like this lizard. He's great!
3. KiB Venom thats a fun one and has interesting story. At first I argued a lot that I DON'T WANT a comic book venom on this body because it's too big. And I prefer omega red bodymold 100 times more but when I first saw it, I saw reveal, reviews and photos on instagram where he is posed together with RyV spider-man. He is PERFECT. This is THE BEST VENOM AND UNDERRATED as hell headsculpt with tongue of all time. This is my venom. This is exactly design and look when I think of Venom. Tongue not to long is more wavy and you can see that it is slimy, big eyes. Second head with smile and closed teeth is funny I like it not that much as the other but it's funny XD. of course fists and opened hands. And the wings which are such a ridiculous idea but they fit venom very well and look great with them. And when I keep it without them, the holes honestly don't even bother me. Bodymold can be seen that it is a symbiote of these textures, sculpting and how it shines much more brings this figure to life. Venom can also change its size, but even if it looks a little tall, you can always put it in a crouch and it already looks much better. Even weirdly I like the idea that venom actually has feet and not socks XD. Which I think fits more modern venom and looks alive again and they are one with eddie than just a costume.
2. VHS wolverine I missed on the previous ones, still would like to get the Love Triangle 3pack one because of battle damaged head, bone claws and darker blue, but this one is for me special he totally works as comic book one, the shading is not bad it is actually really good and because of it I love this figure even more. He stands out. Good claws they were disorted but after heating they perfect. Not like the claws of previous ones when you over and over again have to set them up as you want. Bright blue and yellow, angry head, calm head, even I like this photo of Jean for meme it was fun XD But I will not hide instead of this I would like to get unmasked head and fists. But this is one of the best Classic Wolverine of all time.

Is RyV spider-man I love this figure, articulation, the whole design, how figure looks, he has every accessory he need, love the darker blue for some reason, big eyes, bright red, bigger symbole just like Mark Bagley Spider-man My favorite. My favorite figure in my entire collection. And he is just PERFECT , there is nothing more to say . XD
