Before everybody comments on it: Yes, the StuG has a long L/48 75mm instead of the L/24 short one. It's being worked on and should be fixed in the future. I'd like to see the short-barreled version but armed with a few (3x maybe) of the Gr. 38 HL HEAT rounds, for the sake of balance - That way the short barrel gun would be able to take out heavy enemy armour but would have to be very careful/tactical about the special ammo usage!
@@tedarcher9120 as far as I remember both the Panther and the Tiger I were being tested in '42, so you wouldn't see them in France even in prototype stage. Krauts were thinkering on assault guns since 1935, so a StuG based on the Panzer III could have been deployed in France.
Been to Dinant, lovely town and thankfully we didnt get engaged by any Stugs, that L48 loaded with HE would have made a right mess of our camper van 😉 Great clip BTW
@@metalltitan wrong. Stug 3 was produced from 1940 till 1945, but in ge we have early 1943 modification stug3g with long 75 and bolted on armor, but without armored skirts like later models

at same as infa rifle, hold X and use mousewheel, most german tanks can use and firefly, too
