It would be dope if Dr.Dre, DJ Premier, RZA and KLC work on his album. Also that"Shell Shock" is the southern version" Illmatic" featuring Storm of the Outlaws. Nobody talks about that.

1 of Mac's best songs is "Lockdown" on the Im Bout It Soundtrack. He pretty much told the story of what he was gonna have to go thru in prison before he even went. #Classic🏆💎🎼
The first time I said, “My Favorite Rapper Is”, it was this guy. When I found out he was locked up and what for, as a kid, it just didn’t feel right. I’m glad that he’s home and God saved blessings and joy for him.

B High always bring that positive energy to his interviews. It doesn't sound like an interview but just a regular conversation. He don't try and tear people down or get all in folks business. He just keep it music related
B. High is way better than Vlad TV if I ever blow up with rap he can definitely get an interview from me most Vlad TV interviews sound like police interrogations fr
And he's actually familiar with their work, as opposed to most other interviewers who you can tell just Google (to various depths) their career in preparation for the interview.
I have bought this album 9 times. When I first got it, it stayed in my CD player for 3 months without ever taking it out. Happy to see Mac finally home. Great interview.
Bro this is top 3 most articulate rapper interview I’ve ever seen in my life… it’s honestly refreshing to come across a rapper that’s not a complete idiot outside of the booth
As usual, a great conversation and a historic interview. Major love and respect to OG Mac ! As a New Orleans native, I appreciate you giving the legend a platform to really speak B High. A lot of people may not know his story but you helped shed light on it. Keep setting the standard !
Just Mac saying his moms and pops visiting him at least once a month for 21 years brought tears to my eyes living in a society now where we’re so quick to write each other after the money stops and or just when someone looses their freedom unjustly or justly. Just having someone to get you through is invaluable. May God continue to bless him and use his testimony to help countless people.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but a change is on it’s way to stop the storm in your life from drowning u always have faith god makes all things possible I’m glad that god gave Mack back his freedom

I have consistently said "Shell Shocked" is one of the top 3 dirty south hip hop albums of all time. MAC always had a good balance of relatability and insight. And I can see that observation he explained as an artist continued and he was able to use his experience while incarcerated to grow instead of being stagnate. Respect on the knowledge you imparted on the youngsters who were incarcerated and much success in your future endeavors. And shout out to his parents. I remember them on a tv show a few years back still fighting for him.
Great interview!!!! Mac is a real one. It was sad to hear him talk about C Murder doing life. You can tell Mac is such a good person. Thanks for all the dope versus you did on No Limit. Looking forward to hearing your voice again Mac.
B High doing it right. Giving legends their flowers with positivity and not with gossip and negativity. Keep doing your thing, one of the true voices of the south.

Shell Shocked and WW3 are two of my favorite albums of all time. MAC, Soulja Slim and C-Murder are my top 3 of that era. I used to bump that shit in my discman on the way to school everyday and make mix tapes on cassette tapes. So much game from MAC. I would listen to “Slow your roll” , “Can I Ball?” MAC say’s “I lay low, chill, stay away from shit that get’s people killed. Call me fake but my people will say “that’s trill” and that would remind me that staying safe is cool in the streets. Whole lot of my partners did not make. So glad to see MAC home and in good spirits. But as I keep thinking he had those songs with Storm. Used to play “let’s make it like before” when I was fighting with my girl. “My brother” still gives me chills. The man was just so versatile and made music you could relate to.
