    You should not be liable for any slip and fall accidents. That is the responsibility of the business/homeowner.

      They are just fine if your goal is to stay solo or a one truck operation. Our software literally took the place of an office person.

      @@abclawnworks9127 that is what Gopher does for me. I am a six figure solo operator with limited time. This program has done everything I have asked it too.

    Wow I use to use Gopher 98 back 2o years ago.... Then they went to gopher 2000... There is blizzard pro plowing software from back then too... Crazy..... Looks like they have made changes since then too. I think it was like $300 or less maybe under $100? Long time ago

    Slip and fall is exactly what happened to us we had all the documentation and because it was a head injury they settled out of court because of the cost it would of taken to disprove the person and it ended up near 60,000 dollars stinks

      Wow my two were 25,000 and 13,000 but the one because of my documentation did not fall on me

      So you are talking about helping the business/homeowner or yourself? There are no guidelines as to how and when someone should have to put down salt.

      @@dskrpncs not sure what you are asking. Having good documentation will help you and the business to say there were attempts to keep the property safe.

      @@scottwhittam1740 I am not. I only had one payout. The other the business decided to do a direct pay because it was cheaper then going to court. Mine was the same deal insurance just paid out.
