If the gag order were lifted, the first thing that would happen is the jury would be doxxed.
I don't think he knows the names of the jurors. That information is seale. The DA his staff and family are not hard to find. He does know addresses for some of the witnesses. I suspect the resources of the Witness protection programs will be stressed to the max and a lot of youngf lawyers will br disappearing into the ether Some of the judges will be faced with vry difficult decisions.
His attorneys do know their names (if I’m recalling correctly).

Meanwhile the cost of not putting the restrictions in place is extraordinary. When Trump trashes the prosecutors, it makes people not trust in the justice system.

In relationship to this topic, one thing I have not really heard too much about, is the precedence that trump's bad behavior is setting for other cases.
If he is allowed to get by with all these lies and threats, what is the risk of other criminals in the future to use him as a model to allow their bad behavior and disrespect?
I've been band for my freedom of speech on the media platform, while trump and his supporters get away with this behavior. I blame the media platform for this continued behavior. For them its about the money.
Judge Merchan should apply the law fairly when he sentences Trump. This will send a message to the Supreme Court and Judge Aileen Cannon that he is not complicit in Trump's corruption and apply the law dispassionately. Trump is a criminal. It's high time to treat him as such.
