I just want a dub
I haven't even played Revelator's story because it lacks a dub. I'm so disappointed and have been since the news came out. Especially when I consider all the unique dialogue, intros, and victory speeches depending on how characters are paired. BB's amazing characters bled everywhere into the game and made it everything that it is to me. The only reason I bought Calamity Trigger in 2008 was because I heard about the story. I didn't play fighting games before BB. Now I feel like a part of my life missing.

a game to end the series and they leave out english voices. keep in mind there are fans that like the english dub and the dub has been around since game 1 it just seems lazy to exclude it. if its a money thing maybe releasing the extended version of central fiction trailer and game months after extends release was a bad idea that cost money but thats the companies fault. dont punish us for bad ideas.

The english dub was cancelled because of people complaining of the 1 year delay in overseas, without thinking about that time is used for the dubbing production of the game
+ZoredainNomaru the reason they complain is calamity trigger and continuum shift were released in weeks, if not days from the original. so why can't they do it now.

Arc System Works, can you please release a PS3 demo version of BLAZBLUE: CENTRAL FICTION on the japanese PSN store? I think fans who have a PS3 should get the chance to the play the video game too, aside from the PS4
I heard this won't be getting an English dub, so I doubt I'll be buying it. At least those $20 can now go into League, or Wildstar, or maybe even an artbook.

The major issue, at least for me, is not knowing what they're saying in their intro and win quotes. I don't understand anywhere near enough Japanese for that, and I doubt they'll add subtitles in that area.

The English voice actors were surprisingly good. And they were in all the previous 6 or 7 (however many have been out now) titles in the series. Since CF is supposed to be the finale of the Ragna saga, to suddenly not have the same voice actors is strange.
Except for a few characters, no it wasn't.
I'm glad I won't have to hear the horror that is english Makoto or Taokaka anymore.
+FA-ST I'll take Philece Sampler's Taokaka ver Chiwa Saito's any day, she makes my ears bleed. I'll give you a pass with Makoto because I love both.

yeah I was about to say, Tao has a cringe worthy voice in the JP dub also.
eitherway, I think with the exception of a few roles (namely I think Carl's EN voice is the worst of the bunch), you can definitely tell these actors were trying if not enjoying their roles. Patrick Seitz and Christina Vee certainly did.

It usually takes few months for them to add translations. GG Rev's trailer was out for ages before I noticed the subtitles pop up.

what is the difference between this and Chronophantasma Extend?
A lot. Even though there are different versions of the BB games, normally a original one than an extend one at some point, the changes are very significant. Story mode is the biggest difference, because it is a sequel and is the last part of the story. Balance changes and new moves for entire cast, as well as 6 new characters to play as. They added new mechanics to it as well. There are other differences, but these are the most notable changes.

OK, listen. You make a series in both Japanese and English dub from the beginning and only on the 'finale' do you actually pull the english dub?! Releasing Es as DLC? WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!? Let's be fair, some people don't like English dubs for one reason or another, whether because some are bad or people are Weeaboos, but you should give them the option. As soon as I heard that there was zero english dub and there was a petition, I ran to it. Why? Because A: I'm rather attached to the English voice cast/dub, B: You're removing it in the last game unlike Guilty Gear where you removed it after 1 or 2 voice acted games instead of an entire series and C: You're removing players choice. Dub haters can turn it to Japanese if they want in the option menu and people who like the dub can listen. Don't remove choice when it's been there from the start!
