Thanks for this information. Pls, my wife employer losses his licence. We have been on this route skilled worker route ( healthcare assistant) since 2 years. Meanwhile, my employer has agreed to sponsor me been a dependent on my wife, pls can my wife and the children become my dependant.

If you switch from a dependant visa to care visa, your wife and kids cannot be your dependant. But if your wife can get a sponsorship switch, the family will remain her dependants. Research more and be sure

Like @ Helveron advised, your dependents won't be able to stay with you unless of course you get a job with the NHS & your salary is £23,200 or above.
