    Wow I liked that answer ما شاء الله
    'You cant do righteous actions outside the Sunnah?'
    'Every righteous action, the prophet did it'
    Subhan Allah

      I. Salafi The one that really got me was "The Prophet that brought us that ayah, is the same Prophet that did not practise it there" 💯💯💯

    I appreciate ustadh allows himself to be challenged. Its good to see that he is happy to do so its these types of questions that help to break things down in bitesize pieces for everyday muslims including myself

    Some people are missing the point of the role the host (pakistani brother) is playing in this podcast. He is playing devils advocate i.e taking the worse side of the argument on the behalf of the people who aren't present to question the points ustadh abdul rahman is making. This allows for a deeper understanding and meaning to be extracted from proofs ustadh brings.

    These podcasts are so BENEFITING. I love how the brother challanges the statements of the guest. Exactly what we need, not to blind follow and accept everything/anything just because someone said it without daleel.
    Barak Allahu feekom for making this possible. Alhamdulillahi rabbi alAlameen.

    Regarding the point of the Companion saying "Rabbana wala kal hamd"- It has a basis.
    Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said: When the Imam says:" Allah listens to him who praises Him." you should say:" O Allah, our Lord for Thee is the praise." for if what anyone says synchronises with what the angels say, his past sins will be forgiven.
    Sahih Muslim, Book 4- 809

      He did mention it when he said about the conditions "The Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam
      1.Could do it.
      2. Needed to do it.
      3. Chose not to do it.
      Microphone's something that comes in the thing that he couldn't do it.

    • @GemsAndBenefits
      @GemsAndBenefits Před 5 lety +9

      Microphones do not fall under the definition of bid'ah that was mentioned in the beginning. It would fall under the linguistic definition, not the technical one, and the technical one is the purpose of this discussion. We do not use microphones to seek nearness to Allah, it is simply a means to fulfill a Shar'ī objective (there are 5) which is aiding the religion, specifically by making the Adhān heard. If someone was to believe or claim that using the microphone is virtuous and pleases Allah, then it would be considered a Bid'ah which has no basis.

      the host is purposefully playing the role of "devil's advocate" to make an argument for people who disagree with the ustadh

    • @GemsAndBenefits
      @GemsAndBenefits Před 5 lety +9

      mplsridah The host and Ustadh are upon the same beliefs lol, he's just grilling Ustadh with arguments Ahl ul-Bidah might use if Ustadh was just explaining this topic like in a lecture - he's playing devils advocate, so Ahl ul-Bid'ah can't say Ustadh missed this and that, because the host made sure he didn't.
