Fantastic to hear this series - I like the tempos, spare organ continuo and the general affekt. Very moving and amazing that these are live performances. Daniel Johanssen and I know one another a bit online, and I believe he's one of the greatest singers of our day (in Lieder as well as earlier music). Not that any of these great musicians needs endorsement from me, but as, myself, a Bach performer (so, I understand the parameters and difficulties, as well as just how good these performances are), please accept grateful thanks and admiration.
