CORRECTION: Mario's Flame Job CAN NOT one-hit KO hoppers. I misread "+15% Chance" as "+15% Damage"; the max he can do with an Crit Bounce out-of-bounds shot is 82, when Garden Hoppers have 90 HP.
You unlock Amiibos after unlocking Luigi in Chapter 1-5.
