Hello, when we start walking barefoot it's impossible to stop it feels so good, continue to walk barefoot for as long as possible. Can you sometimes spend several days with dirty soles? I'm going to walk barefoot again soon when the weather outside permits and i continue to do gym barefoot. Compared to your videos on cracked heels, i don't have cracked heels, i just have calluses around edge and underneath.

@quentinfornal Well said! I don't see why one cannot spend several days with dirty soles. The closest I have gone is a couple days or so due to travel or something like that. I'm sure you're looking forward to your barefoot walks

Last week I was renewal driving license at the police office with very dirty cracks barefeet he he he ! Asks many times by the police .....
