Loose formation is bad for archers when fighting melee units, archers at the back aren't in range at the same time as the front rank and they're vulnerable in a fight, loose is only good against other ranged.
How do you change the view? I've never seen the front of myself in a battle.

this is literally r/killthecameraman... you wanna show a giant battle and then you spend half the time zoomed in on some random straggler trying to shoot him with your bow. Then when you show the 2 consecutive seconds of the actual battle you zoom around shake your camera like it's a fkn phone.
