Vero Beach and Indian River County have great jails. That is one major reason to move to the area.
While the quality of local facilities is important, we believe there are many more compelling reasons to consider Vero Beach and Indian River County as a place to call home.
Home prices have went up from 2022-2023. Sales volume have went down. Why? There is still a housing shortage. These are facts that are easily researched. Real estate agents want you to lower your price for an easier sale so they can get their commission and earn a living.
