You can always try to set up an order. Their system will tell you the shipping cost before you finalize it, and will also probably let you know if they can't ship there.

ghost is it possible to make tall shirts?
I'm 6'3'' myself, and I find the shirts as long as "tall" style t-shirts, they are plenty long. If you are worried about length, just order a size up and it will be a bit longer as well.
