These playoffs have been my favorite since... 2011? Cavs coming back in the finals was awesome, last year's Nuggets, Heat arcs were awesome, and Lakers winning for Kobe... but the quality of games and individual players coming up - the teams that made it this year... been absolutely unpredictable and fun.

These playoffs, have to be some of the best I have ever seen in my 18 year life. These are so jam packed with top tier play and amazing defense and full games that feel like a real basketball game instead of a team of 4 superstars ROLLING through the entire conference and winning the ring in 4 games. These have to be some of the best playoffs since 2010-2014 during the Lebron/Wade/Bosh era.

I wouldn't say "weird" - but more diverse and different. With big stars either out or injured, this playoff season has paved the way for small, local markets that people never gave a second look to to have an historic shot at a winning a championship. Not to mention this playoff run has also given the up-and-coming younger talent an opportunity to shine on the global stage, that they otherwise wouldn't have had, if some of the more popular big stars were still in the running.

You should want the highest level of talent not “diverse and different” if I were to play in an nba game it would definitely be very different, but that would make the nba worse because there’s less talent. This year there is less good players, less good basketball, so less good overall product. Young players get their chance on the big stage when they can legitimately beat established teams, getting it this early with injuries is not good for anyone.
