"SOCO" finds the truth behind the viral video of a woman in Atimonan, Quezon who had a knife sticking out of the back of her head. Susan Dizon recounts the physical abuse she suffered at the hands of her live-in partner Dario Salomeri. She also recalls the day Salomeri stabbed her and how she miraculously escaped death. After learning about the incident, the Atimonan, Quezon PNP discovers the murder of Dizon's daughter, which was allegedly committed by the same suspect. Authorities then conduct a follow-up operation to locate and arrest Salomeri.
