Do specific transistors matter in a fuzz pedal? (fuzz face)

In this video, I try out 3 fuzz faces I've built with some different transistors. All 3 are the same exact pedal Germanium Fuzz Faces (the early Jimi Hendrix old-school smooth fuzz sound) but there are 3 different sets in there to hear!
1. ΓT402A [ Russian germanium transistor]
2. ΓT402A [higher hFe version]
3. AC128 [original fuzz face transistor]
Do they sound different to you? Which one's your favorite sound?
