Its a mix of seniors and students...new young couples are barely coming in due to lack of affordable homes...wait times in emerg...is like over 5 to 8 hours wait!!! That does suck.

(I LOVE that Ptbo is a bit sleepier.. very thankful that drivers don't zoom like nuts as happens in GTA. Give me this beautiful laid back less fancy town! Thanks for the video Carrie :)
