I think many would agree that Optimus was the best character in this universe. He lost a lot in his life because of the war, even his close friend and mentor Sentinel, who chose to build his happiness on the misfortune of humans. Optimus tried to believe in humans who could not stand up for themselves, but it turned out that they only see the autobots as a scrap metal. But thanks to Cade, he restored his faith in humans and saved them from Galvatron.
When the time came to meet his creators, Optimus became so desperate for Cybertron's plight that he succumbed to his emotions and allowed Quintessa to take control. By this Michael Bay wanted to show that sometimes we do some things not because we ourselves think it is right, but because others (including higher-ranking people) impose it on us, which is very bad. But love for Bumblebee, who was like a son to Optimus, turned out to be stronger than selfishness. And this story ended with the fact that Cybertron was revived, and the autobots, after so many years, finally returned to their homeland.
In the 1st movie, Optimus, despite the cruelty of Megatron, still saw him as his brother, who chose the wrong path in life, and now they will have to face each other as enemies. "You left me no choice, brother".
But in the final movie, when Megatron said "We were brothers once", Optimus answered him "Once", which means that he completely let go of his past with Megatron and no longer sees him as his brother, but only the disgusting leader of the brutal decepticons who destroyed Cybertron and killed his autobots. This scene is deeper than meets the eye.
Sentinel prim side we are GODS in our planet but Nemisis prim or Optimus prime had love for humanity because Earth is the only place that people let he called it Home

But the main character of my commentary was Optimus. I also didn't add Ratchet, Hound, Jetfire and his other allies.
But I certainly remember that Optimus and Sam were friends. Prime, not afraid to single-handedly fight the 3 Decepticons, even sacrificed his life to save his human friend. And Sam, with his determination and a sense of duty, repaid Optimus by resurrecting him.
WOW. I love that "Once" line by Optimus. After all these years on Cybertron and the things Megatron has done on Earth, he is over it. In TF 1 he still believed Megatron had good in him. In TF 5 he realizes the Megatron he knew as a brother is gone, and he is done with his shit and just kicks him from idk 1000 feet or smthing

You can hear the pain and fear in his voice. Prime is a great example of a true leader. We can learn a few things from his character and what he embodies.
"Peter... if your gonna be a hero, be a real hero. Be strong enough to be gentle." My god did Peter Cullen deliver time and time again. He made optimus into a pure inspiration for anyone. The quote is from his back story about making the voice of prime also very enlightening.
Peter is Optimus Prime. I can't imagine anyone else voicing him.

@@_somestuff, I agree that Transformers: The Last Knight is the worst movie in the franchise because it's boring, it didn't explain some important details, and too little time was given to Nemesis Prime, Infernocus and the Decepticons. Also this film can only be viewed by those who have watched previous Transformers movies, because new viewers will not understand anything.
But I still love The Last Knight because in it Michael Bay showed how deeply Cybertronians and Humans are connected to each other. He literally paused the plot of the movie to show this to the audience, which I feel positively about.
I also don't understand at all why people call the plot of the movie bad. Cybertron's approach to Earth is a massive event that really piqued my interest. I know that this has already happened in Dark of the Moon, but in The Last Knight it is shown more exciting (in my opinion), and this, actually, has consequences.
I especially love the ending of the movie, which perfectly ended this story (if you don't pay attention to the cliffhanger).

This tribute really shows how important Optimus is for boys to watch and learn from. I can’t believe I am saying this but Optimus thought me a lot of life lessons.
I feel bad for Optimus. He’s so selfless towards humans when all they wanted to do since TF2 was get rid of them. Optimus is better at being a human than we are.

The first 4 movies are so underrated.. I love them all and people need to understand that it goes over a darker version of Optimus. One where he is at war constantly.
Ironhide said to Optimus, “Why are we fighting to save the humans? They’re a primitive, violent race.” But at the time Optimus answered with “Were we so different?” This was before he witnessed their capacity for violence once they killed his original squad.. and after saving the world a bunch of times. He lost faith in humanity and didn’t want to lose anyone else. That’s why he tells Cade: “How many of my kind must be sacrificed to Atone for your kind’s mistakes?” But Cade is the one who inspired him and reignited his faith in humanity. The whole fourth movie is about this. 😢
