Thank you I am glad that you liked the video ❤ Unfortunately I can't tell you much about an undergraduate degree in Fashion at Yonsei. I know they have entire curriculum in Business degrees but the rest I don't know... Sorry aobut that! There was a girl in one of my Korean classes who was studying Korean intensively for one full year (from nothing to level 4) with the intension to enter a Uni in Korea to do a degree in Fashion. If you can't find a degree in English, could that maybe be an option for you?

Hi I’m attending Yonsei next semester and am struggling to decide between the intensive and regular Korean program. You mentioned making a video on that? 감사합니다😅
Yes I do plan on making a video about it but it won’t be ready in time to help you if you are planning on registering for the next semester. So the “regular” is the intensive (4h x five days a week either mornings or afternoons) and the other one is the “evening” one (2-3h x 3 times a week). Both use different books and are different but the main thing is how much time do you have to study and when is your free time. Please have a look at the info for each program on the yonsei KLI page and if you have any questions reply to this answer I’ll do my best to help~ 🩷

@@kimincoree I would be going as an exchange so I would need to maintain 12 credits for full time. Which would you recommend with that in mind? I really want to become fluent I'm just worried that it would be a bit much with the work load. Thank you!
@@emilytomczak91 in the meantime, you could check out this video I already made czcams.com/video/3oCjHHYtlK0/video.html where I explain all the korean courses I took in my live (a lot haha) and I do talk about those two type of courses and the books they. It's not super detailled but you might be interested
@@emilytomczak91 Ah I see. In which case I would advise against taking the regular program because it will be too much. It is very intensive. You can either do the evening one, or I think there might even be special courses for the "normal" students and exchange students who are at the uni, rather than students who are only here for the language course (in the regular program) or people who are working and taking classes after hours (evening program). Have you tried contacting the exchange student office about this? Hope this helps~ Also about becoming fluent, it depends what you consider fluent and what is the level you are starting from?

So for the personalised jacket you need to do a group order online through specialised websites. I had done the one for my own class. I’ll do a tutorial soon so stay tuned 😉

I’m planing on coming either 2026 or 2028 in the fall. I rlly want to study in Yeonsi University I want to study business of finance I can’t wait to go there. I have a question is the store that u went is it expensive?
It's not particularly expensive in general but some more "collector" items can be. It's overall the same prices as in the other universities shops, from what I saw.

@@Itz_la.belen777 You have to check the yonsei uni website, find the program you are interested in and you will be able to find all the info you need in the tab 'admission'
@@Itz_la.belen777 the applications can vary for each program so I would recommend going to their website, finding the program you are interested in and they should have an "application" tab with all the infos about how to register if applicable. I hope this helps~

In the video I showed the Severance Hospital located on campus where the med students also practice 😉 But yeah I couldn't go in detail and show every single college in Yonsei Uni because it's a big uni! But I am sure that they would have plenty of info about their medicine faculty on their website. As far as I know most if not all faculties at Yonsei Uni are on this campus, but you might wanna double check this information ^^

If you can't find the info you are looking for on their website I would suggest sending an email to Yonsei dirrectly. Hope this helps~

Hello! First of all, thank you for your video, it is very informative. I want to study at the university there and I am making an effort for this, I have a question, this year is my first year in my high school so I can apply in 3 years, so I don't have any information about universities in general. I want to be a pilot, so should I go to a university named "pilotage"? For example, can't I study piloting at Yonsei? I know I'll have to take flying lessons but maybe I don't need a pilot university to try flight, I can study at Yonsei and take flying lessons again. Sorry, I don't know anything, I would appreciate it if you could explain :)

Unfortunately I don’t know how you would combine aviation with studying at yonsei… 🤔 I don’t think they would have any degree about piloting there but if they do it would be on their website so you can have a look

Can you recommend Yonsei for studying?
Yeah absolutely! It's an elite university with a lovely campus and a great network of alumnis!
Are there courses in english?
Some of them are in English yes. For example business degrees. What do you want to study at Yonsei?

I think that it’s possible to go inside the campus but not inside the buildings. Did you want to go visit the campus before studying there or just because you want to see the campus in general ?

So I am not the best person to ask because I wouldn't know about medical and other courses taught at Yonsei because I am only studied Korean there. I might be wrong so I could invite you to fact check but I think I have heard that Yonsei medical classes are in Korean and one needs to prove a high level of proficiency in Korean to enter the program. About finding out what the other courses are, I suggest to go on their website (there is an english version for some parts) and looks through the "programs" tab to see their courses and requirements to enlist. I hope this helps because I am struggling to understand what exactly it is that you wanna do at Yonsei?

I want to ask, does Yonsei University use English for all teaching?
No they mostly use Korean so you would need at least a level topik 4 to be able to register to Yonsei. However they do have some program fully in English, for example a master in Business. In that case you don't need to speak Korean at all.

Are Every students of Yonsey must wear a special uniform??
No the jackets and other yonsei merch is not compulsory to buy and wear. But usually the students are very proud of being yonsei students and want to wear it. And it’s also part of the campus culture. 😉

In general the Student visa in Korea is the D-2. Would you be coming as an international student, exchange student or language student at the language institute of the university?
