Don't buy into this one trick pony...Mike is a guitar player who plays the bass. Nothing original about this idea. I would love to see you buy a bass, join a band and first practice start playing riffs and licks and see how fast you get shown the door

Seriously? Are you kidding me? All these years I have listened to this track, I thought the riff was a normal guitar. Now looking at this live video, it's actually a bass guitar with a variety of pedals and amp! Damn, this makes me wish I was learning bass instead of normal guitar! My mind is seriously blown right now! Royal Blood was good before but now it's even better learning that it is nothing but vocals, drums and bass with distortion and pedals and amps!

Daniel Mistake Meg White was actually quite special in her playing.
Instead of the drummer leading the beat, the guitar did.
she always played behind the beat and it was pretty interesting to listen to.
There is also vocals, so that makes 3. Tbh I think drums and bass are what makes the song all the time. Vocals and guitars, with others are just extra, like cherries on top of a cake.
