Acienda Designer Outlet Mall Shopping Walking Tour Silang Cavite Tagaytay Philippines. Acienda is the first true Designer Outlet Mall in the Philippines which changes the retail landscape, by bringing the outlet shopping experience to the next level. It was opened in October 2018 at a cost of PHP 2.5 Billion ($50 Million) by Jeffrey Ng's Cathay Land Inc. and UK developer and operator Freeport Retail. It is located at KM48 of Aguinaldo Highway in Silang Cavite a short 1 hour drive from Metro Manila and has 20,000 square meters of commercial space on a 20 hectare property with over 1,400 complimentary parking spaces.
Acienda Designer Outlet was developed with a unique theme inspired by European and New England architectural designs landscaped within a whether proof pedestrian plaza. The mall features a 40 meter tall French Windmill, mini Tower of Pisa, Eiffel Tower over 100 shops and 20 restaurants, bars and food outlets once fully occupied, as well as water features and occasional live performances.

We just drove past this place and didn't give it much thought... it's very unassuming.
Stayed at Taal Vista .. wow you should visit kuya, it's amazing ... buffet dinner, complimentary breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service and next to Skyranch ..

something I've noticed watching your video tours of malls for a long time is that normal malls like SM or Robinson's have a lot of branded stores like Vans, Adidas, Nike etc. were the prices better at the Adidas outlet than they'd be at an Adidas shop in SM?

Hi the original price was $100 but discounted price is only $50 which is an excellent deal in any country! 😃👍 Mango was discounted 50% and then there is an additional 70% on top of that so there are some really good deals at outlet stores that you don’t get at a retail store.
