Thanks for your very nice comments on my hotel. My wife and bought that undeveloped land 5 years ago and started groundbreaking 4 years ago and it took that long because of the pandemic and some damages caused by Odette. So it was not a renovation as you mentioned in the video. We will be back in January to oversee the completion of this project. Thanks again and happy holidays to you and your family.

hi corey.. hope you don't mind if i suggest something. it's about how you pan your cam, can you do it a little bit slower please. got motion sick by it and the view will look more nicer that way. just take it slow no rush 😊

@@ItsMe_Philippines another suggestion on that is to possibly use ND filters so you can use a slower shutter speed. If filming at 30 frames per second, the ideal shutter speed is 1/60th of a second. In bright light this requires neutral density (ND) filter to restrict the light. The slower shutter speed creates a bit of motion blur which actually helps the brain process a moving view. Unfortunately, it also makes stabilization not work as well if you are in a moving vehicle. Also, you can do the same with the drone when panning. I'll link you to another content creator that explains it better than I do. Let me find it.
But I also want to say, I love watching your blogs. You have a great style. My wife is Filipina and we hope to move to the Philippines eventually. She has been in the US for over 4 years now. We hope to get her citizenship first and then let her regain her Filipino citizenship as a dual citizen. Hopefully within another couple of years because USCIS is so so slow now.

like that here anytime soon lol.i visited philippines last 2006 and it was soo much fun! Swimming in the cold springs and at the crystal clear shore was a blast. And all the food there are all organic 😋 👍

@@ItsMe_Philippines I stayed away from Negros because I guess of Dumaguete.. I have no plan living around expats.. or many I mean...I had been looking at Iloilo which I now see is close to where you live. Bohol was also on my list. I have to say I do like the area you live in..very beautiful. I appreciated your comments on generators and have bought a Wen... which appears to be available Philippines.. So glad you mentioned that though..parts... I'm going to look into shipping somethings to the Philippines via container in the future... a limited amount... but somethings I do not want to part with tools etc... Looks like a great place to relax and accessable by motorbike from Dumaguette Food looked nice. Going to the sandbar for a few hours would be nice. Are you allowed to barbecue on the beach in the Phillipines like bring your own hibachi in an RV or truck?

White sand is a drive but plenty of clear water around here!

I’ve been to the Philippines a couple times visiting my Filipina gf. Cebu, Ormoc, and Dumaguete which is my favorite so far (until I get to Baguio ⛰️). The scenery is spectacular, the people are friendly, and the food is da bomb 😋 The only downside for me is that it’s brutally hot and humid all the time 24/7 🥵 That’s why Baguio is my next trip ✈️ 🧳

I've been to the Philippines 2 times and going back this June and I understand that a foreigner can not own property in the country only 40% 60% has to be owned by the philippno is that true. I don't know if you've already done anything on this subject or not.
Your spouse, if she is a Filipino, Ken home in the land. Were you have another very popular option of doing a 20, 25, or 30 year lease with the right to sign again. Most people do something like that because they would be 100 or older by the time it runs out. The last option would be to have a corporation buy it and give you the right to it.
