The best Hoodies in sleeve lenght are from Mammut. Believe me, there are perfect for people with longer arms.

I have the Covert Tactical one, same as here. With 183cm and 83kg, european size M fits me just well. It is really great, the best hood I have ever had.I can fit a lot of things in the pockets. The hidden ones (inside the pockets 🙂) can fit a full size wallet and a big phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra in a huge outdoor cover) as well. I used this hoodie during cold and windy days, with about 10-12 °C, as top or second (when raining) layer and everything was fine.
But there are 3 issues why I kind of dislike this hoodie:
1. The tiny zip pullers on the sleeve pockets look ... just ridiculous. Might be just me, but you try to "hide" the pocket and then that thing hangs there. But I can live with that.
2. Even if the hoodie fits perfect, the sleeves are too tight at the end. I have to pull the sleeve VERY strong above my watch (Fenix 7X) or put on the hoodie first and then the watch. Still I can get used even to that.
3. What buggers me the most... So I had this hoodie as a top layer. And my shoulder bag (Pentagon Kleos Stealth). The strap kind of rubbed off and "fluffed" the lints. Not after a year or a month. Not even after a week. Right after the first day of that combination. It´s true that the edges of the bag strap are quite "sharp", so probably will try to blunt them somehow.
85% for me. Just try before buy, should you wear a huge watch. And watch out for sharp straps. 🙂

Fairly wind resistant...but yes, it is made to cut down the wind.
