For mark chargeback you can also use superball and it's Upgrade. Same goes for wizard. For fireman it is easier to just freeze him and shoot at canister from behind.
To be honest, most of the [+???] achievements are just common knowledge in ultrakill. All you have to do is play the game a lot and even if you aren't that good, you'll still unlock every achievement. You underestimate the power of too much free time.

note: shooting a fireman with the paintball gun will also give you +INSTAKILL, it's just a lot harder than with the slingshot + paintball gun

An easier why to get the instant kill is to use the freeze ray and freeze, walk behind him and shoot the gas tank
you can also get lucky and manage to shoot the back of a fireman's gas tank to explode it with the paintball gun
the chargeback and countercast also work with cannonball
First two you can do with superball and cannonball
coins are more practical but yeah that also works

i got all of these achievements without having any idea how i had done it LOOL, now that i know these techs slingshot just got 10x better
