Illegal off-road motorbikes in Methil @LevenmouthPol

Four kids on three motorcycles (with one helmet between them) drive dangerously on Methil Brae in Methil, Fife. Illegal motorcycle use in the Levenmouth area is a major problem for the police. Hopefully huckled soon.
