The show by me, put on by the various people, was lighting up the sky. Though I do think the people on the Emirates flight on final approach were kind of nervous, seeing as some of the fireworks were going off above them, and around them. That 100 ton plus aircraft is pretty quiet at 500 feet above ground, as the approach path goes directly above the city, and directly over me.
