    Absolutely extraordinary analysis. With great analysis you have covered state of affairs that have is happening incase of GO 111 and 69. You have given great insites about whole situation which will be helpful for common man. As per present series of political happening, purchasing land in GO 111 may not be suggested for a middle class investor, ofcourse suitable for lavish people. For middle class investors Hyderabad West seems to be a great opportunity. In coming days, after all expected political changes that may happen, West may catch great attraction as west area starts developing with huge Central Government projects.

    Very well explained Harish garu. The fact remains that GO111 lands are in close proximity to the present growth corridors of Hyderabad: West + South. Those who prefer peaceful living amidst greens will really appreciate dwelling here. I think the trend is very well pointing towards this direction- move a little away from city and build your home amidst greenery. Permissions and approval process needs to be understood properly.

      Yes . And for that matter if any one can increase their budget by 20% , they can buy some plot in North Hyderabad , bachupally , kompally , gundlapochampally. Greenery , closer to the secunderabad and access to all important schools , hospitals etc. West is over priced . North or south is good.

    Go 69 implementation is a big challenge and have many obstacles. But west lands are overpriced due 2 high rise construction. There are lot of unoccupied apartments in High Rise Apartment in West. Prices are stalled from falling by deep pocket builders. Time will tell how much resources they will utilise to prevent correction of prices.

      Subash garu, Tondupally is exactly on the ORR exit and has a commercial advantage, but its difficult to predict the zone of it in the master plan !

    Currently Hyderabad market is on hype bcoz loans were cheap. Let's recession strike market in 2023, attrition be on rise and let layoff start, real state market in Hyd wd be reasonably priced. So 2023 wd be tough go
