Wondering the same as others: washer & dryer? And I'd want the fridge doors hinged on the opposite side for easy loading onto the counter. Same with the kitchen door: hinge on the opposite side for easy immediately setting of groceries onto the peninsula counter. One can only sit sideways at the peninsula with those stools. I'd probably not have them because the dining table looks too close to the wall to seat people all around. Otherwise, I think it's amazing how much has been fit into the small space. The covered wrap-around porch is adorable! A very attractive front door wall from the outside.

Beautiful spacious and bright kitchen . I really like the door from the kitchen outside to an eating area . The semi wrap around porch is so inviting . And the hallway to the bedrooms is very nice . I like walls to divide rooms to a certain extent . The narrow long window is just lovely .
One problem a little mud room with washer and dryer is necessary.

Great design and layout. Laundry needed. Perhaps a stackable at the end of the hall? Could the living room have a vaulted ceiling to showcase the transom above the living room window or is it a dummy window? I would put a dishwasher in the kitchen…maybe the island as there doesn’t seem to be space near the sink to combine plumbing. Love the house. Loads of potential. Nice designated dining area which is nice to see in a wee house.

Entry area needs a coat and boots storage area. Love the kitchen/dining area. Not as open to the LR as I want but acceptable. I want a wood burning fireplace, preferable stove. Master is perfect as is! Finally enough space for the furniture! I was all in on this home until I realized there is NO LAUNDRY room or place designated for a washer and dryer!

This is one of your earlier plans, so I'm not surprised that it lacks a few things that you have since added to your later designs. There isn't a proper entry, and though the kitchen is a good size with sufficient cabinets and counter (but no dishwasher), there's no pantry or laundry room. If you revisit this plan some day, I'm sure it will check all my boxes!

This is quite adorable. I'd want tub/shower combos in both bathrooms. And in the master bedroom, I'd enlose the space in front of master closet and make a walk-in closet!!
One question though, where is the laundry/utility room?? It needs that.
Otherwise, good layout overall

Wonderful home! There are tweeks I would suggest as far as floor plan. Kitchen setup needs work in putting all cabinets on back wall. Mini island a wash not needed. Expand kitchen and eliminate side door. Turn dinning room window into patio door. Outside stunning and square footage perfection with room sizes. Is there a washer and dryer. Cute!
