That was actually very good and practical advice. One piece of advice I can share is to stop listening to music. Music is one of the greatest distractors that so many never talk about. If you are not where you want to be you should not be spending chuncks of your time mindlessly listening to beats the whole day. The more time you allow your mind to think uninterrupted the more ideas you will come up with and the better your focus will be. This is extremely essential to leveling up your life.

In Islam music is not allowed because it distracts you from god and it pollutes your mind. there is no use to music in modern day because music promotes degeneracy, kills time. i been a practising Muslim for a year now and quitting music made my life better. Alhamdullilah.

Bare with my English which isn't that good,Luke I've been following you for this past two months and I've learned a lot from you despite me being in the 4th world country where some of the things that you say is nowhere near applicable, here in Africa poverty is our norm you can work 12 straight hours (intense physical labour) to only end up earning 1$-2.5$. Imagine working the whole day to get paid 2$ at most and in these 2$ you have to feed yourself and pay rent if you're lucky to work whole month and get 60 $ we don't take buses or uber as you guys we just walk for miles by foot.. some of us have families we still have to provide for them...its an uphill battle. According to what you preach in you contents the only way to at least change a bit of our life is if we saved all our earnings(I mean them 1$ every day) but still that's near impossible as you can tell..unless I want to sleep and not wake up the next day. You Americans you live in the country which is full of opportunities we Africans we don't have job opportunities as you guys cause once you decide to change your life and be committed to your life things may the go your way but here in Africa in our 4th world country its another story. Here you can't sit on the couch all day playing video games as some of you do unless you want to starve to death. Having consistent discipline is essential to anyone trying to change his/her life whether you're in Africa/USA or any other country elsewhere but the hardships are totally different sometimes these contents are only applicable to you guys living in these developed countries because many of you could easily crumble if you were here. Here you can spend a good whole 2 months or even more trying to find a job I mentioned above to only work for one week . I see in your content you talk about diet,gym and many other things. To eat meats,eggs and other high protein quality stuff is great at the same time also going to the gym it keeps your body and mind going close to a 100% energy which is good but here in these lands you can spend a whole year or two without even having a taste of meat or an egg. Let alone the gyms the intense hardwork to even find money to buy processed corn(which is our everyday diet night and day) is our gym. Many of you saying to wake up 4h30.. here we wake up at 4h to walk 2 or 3hrs to go find a job that we're not even sure that we'll get bcause no one called us to these jobs and we still do that everyday despite walking back another 2 or 3hrs because we didn't get the job which happens more than the days we get one. Many here end up taking their own lives bcause they had rather die by hanging than dying of hunger. Imagine being a 30years old man with 2 or 3 kids and still hustling to even make 2$ a day which in most part you fail to even make that little money. How can you sit down and pretend to have a future of you or your kids. I wrote this message for you guys to see how it is a blessing to be having this man Luke.
