I do deep meditation of lord shiva for9-18 mins till the stotram ends & loop until i get satisfaction on focus in🕉️shiva. A huge change is being create, Hardly i think negative, no negative thoughts means hard to make me anger. Shani was creating delay in every field now seems to be getting solve even without much of effort.. HAR HAR MAHADEV 🕉️🙏🏻

@jyothipshet3296 If you are new then you won't be able to complete zero your thoughts. In this case just create a picture in your mind that you are sitting in front of lord shiva near his feet at ground and think nothing more than that. Later after few weeks you would be able to complete empty your thoughts and focus on forehead closing eyes but not by forcing your eyes, just in meditation.
Now about stotram i do listen to that to avoid any noises from surroundings to avoid any interfere in thoughts so that all i can focus on shiva . The original from shankar mahadevan is great . Also sit like lord shiva make your thumbs connected, do not disconnect them and after meditation use that hand palm to your forehead. You will feel that powerful energy to third eye. Always do meditation in open to sky, morning evening both good. Make sure you haven't eaten in last 3 hrs at least. Thanks to lord shiv for guiding me to correct path 🕉️

Daily worshipping lord shiva and recitation of rudrasthakam,Hanuman chalisa saved me....but it took long time and I found that my intuitive power has increased and realised That It was done by my sis in law as my husband is doing good and we have 2 sons ,where as she is financially struggling and have 1 daughter...who is characterless....

I am from Kolkata.some of my relative did black magic in front of my main door with sarsoo ,bel patta,one rupee coin with sindur for 3days. We didn't notice first day.but when we noticed I ignored be I didn't believe on black magic that time.but within a year So bad things were happened with my family and I started realising that something is going on in the unnatural way.
I started seeing something like black lizard here and there even in the day time.I noticed the lizard by my side vision.when I turned my eyes on that the lizard ran away so fast so that I could not find the lizard.
And it's a long story.I fought so hard that I can't tell you in this comment .

We see maa durga as our daughter from our home and maa kali as motherly figure, though both of them are same powers in different form. I sit beside her picture daily talk with her as my mother and friend and chant a mantra which starts with "om karalnag badanam ghoram, muktakesi chaturbhujang, kali kang dakhsinang divang". this is a big mantra you can find it in youtube and one more mantra is there Adya kali strota and offer her Jawa kusum phool and bel patra and chant shiva mantra as that is also important!
