Bernard Allen's death reported on RTÉ News (23rd June 2024)

RTÉ News reports on the death of the former Fine Gael TD for Cork North-Central Bernard Allen. Elected to the Dáil in 1981, Mr. Allen served as a TD until he retired in 2011, and is best known for his term as a Minister of State both at the Departments of Education and the Environment from 1994 until 1997, as well as Lord Mayor of Cork between 1988 and 1989.
