This skin was nerfed a lot.
In the pc version of the recall her wings get bigger, theres a loud sound effect and a lot of effects.

Irelia skill1 give on hit ecf evwn it is not in the description. You are absolutely right . Wild rift ability descriptions are not complete, they lacks some important stata of abilities, like cd for each rank of the ability and added effects on each rank like morgana 1 root 2/2.25/2.5/2.75 for each rank but in the description it only shows 2sec . I hope riot pay attention to abilities' descriptions.

most of the time you could just quick tapping it,
but when you noticed that your enemy could dodge it, you need to start aiming manually and predict their movement
