- Hey guys! Today's video is focusing on the Barn & Silo Management in Hay Day. When your barn & silo gets full, all the things in the games get stuck so it's very important to always be able to manage the barn & silo you don't run out of space.

About Barn:
The barn is the main storage building for products, animal goods and supplies. It is already standing at the start of the game, but must be repaired during the tutorial to become usable.

Barn Management Tips:
1) You can send trucks away. Trucks can actually reduce your barn space real quick!
2) Send boats, boat comes every 4 hours and its not that effective but will help you to reduce barn space little bit.
3) Serve townies & complete their all building requests!
4) Sell the extra stuff in your barn or the tools that you don't need anymore! You can trade tools with other people but beware you can't buy more that 80 tools now due to 80 EMs limit from last October update!
5) You can also feed your pets (if you haven't) which can use your bacons and milk!

Silo:
Silo is very important just like the barn because it contains all the crops/fruits that you use to make products so having a good amount of crops in silo is always recommended.

They need to make a separate “tool shed” to put all tools and upgrade materials. Because obviously we have to keep those items to keep upgrading. Leave the barn for everything else you need to actually fulfill orders

This is really a drag but what I do is:
1 start making sanctuary food to clear the silo. 75 wheat at a time.
2 answer helps for neighbor requests, boats and trucks and townies (and serve your own)
3 use up mining tools and fill the smelters. Tip: burn off the sticks of dynamite and tnt, you get less back in orescfor the same number of tools used.
4 get with a buddy and agree that one will work toward the silo upgrade and then the other work toward the barn. (Or agree that each will work on a different shop upgrade in townl) then each person trade the tools to help each other so you can reach upgrade a different building. Ways available in the
5 upgrade your fishing toolbox!
6 sell off things you have that are always available in the paper.
7 just plug away at filling your machines even if you have finished goods sitting there filling up as you click on them. Eventually you will burn off your inventory and get ahead of it.
Also remember to keep your silo upgraded...why? because improving your silo also cleans up your barn.

Hey iam 86 level player, my barn and silo are 2000 each, I store 5 item each in barn still facing problems of Barn getting easily Full. 🙂

Anyone experience the invasion of Wood panel, both my main and baby farm seeing like 5-6 advertisements each time I open the newspaper. It is so excess that people selling like hundred at one is not uncommon. So the real competition boil down to the other 5 but the most serious are still Plank and Screw, gone by the second. And a lower level farm sometimes better at hunting these expansion items as my higher farm can buy everything making it so hard for these to show while my 35 ones get like an average of 5 newspapers for a Screw or Plank.
The game adjusts your drop rates for the different items by making the one you have the least of, hardest to get. This is to encourage you to sell/trade your excess. However, something must have changed recently because everyone seems to have tons of extra panels.

If they’re only the barn and silo tools you can make another farm and sell them to yourself and store them there

@@HeyItzWalmartBagHere Just keep collecting those experience points. When you get the maximum points for the next level, you go to the next level. Be aware that each level requires more experience points than the last level. To collect the experience points, harvest plants and trees, feed animals, make products, fulfill trucks and boats, etc. Also if you play the farm pass, you can collect A LOT of experience points.

You will never find any expansion item from Tom. My thought is that if Tom can be used to do so, no one ever spend diamond to upgrade Barn and Silo (which there might be a tiny percent) as Tom is superior in the exchange rate (15 for like 100 tools versus 8 for each item)
