      Okay, I will attach the Sketchup model once I have free space on my drive. It's quite a large file!

    Needed more explanation, what did you do with the material with tha floor plan etc

    • @prodesign6259
      @prodesign6259  Před 4 měsíci +3

      Okay, I simply combined an ordinary Floorplan (desaturated with color correction) with a base solid color using 'Mix Operator' function (combined with the Divide (A/B) Operator within the mix operator)

    why didn't you use cad file instant of using a image file?

    • @prodesign6259
      @prodesign6259  Před 4 měsíci +3

      Thanks for the question.
      I chose image file because many sketchup users struggle to know how to scale image files. Working with AutoCAD 2D floor plan is not as tricky as image files. In coming videos, I will work with AutoCAD files as well.

      Please do make a video with cad as well. Thank you!!

    • @prodesign6259
      @prodesign6259  Před 3 měsíci

      Cad cannot really be used to achieve that blending texture... It can only work with image texture on solid colors. However, if you just want me to create 3d floor plan with a CAD file... I will do that in coming videos just that it won't achieve that texture blending effect you see in this.
