It’s “versus” not “verse”. Also, you can’t do a video like this without making mention of the fact that Nolita is technically part of Soho when you consider the overlap in dining and shopping. In my view, living in Soho makes you feel like you’re living in the center of the universe. It’s wonderful and it has the best vibe of any neighborhood I’ve ever been in in the world. I think the reality is that most people who are considering Soho are also considering Tribeca and Hudson Yards. The decision between Soho and Tribeca is often going to be driven by lack of inventory. Soho just doesn’t have many apts to rent, which will push them to Tribeca. But, at that price point it becomes a very difficult decision as to whether one wants to spend money on brand new construction in Hudson Yards or stick with the quaint vibe of Soho or Tribeca.
