It’s good you saw your mistake and want to correct it. Almost Everyone’s face isn’t symmetrical so it’s up to artists like you to get everything as close to “perfect” and symmetrical as possible. If my lash artist saw a flaw and went to immediately correct it for free, absolutely I would be coming back. She has an eye for perfection. That’s all I care about. ❤

on the right eye, the spike above her pupil goes beyond her crease, on the left eye the spike in that same spot does not go beyond the crease. i think your idea about the curl is right!

I think you over corrected for the height above the line you drew through the pupils on the left eye and instead of it resulting in an even look, it's weighing the eye down.

I love how you critique your work so that you can improve! I’m not sure why her eyes don’t look identical, but I’m sure you will figure it out. The lash tint and anime style works really well on her.

She most likely sleeps on her right side adding to the asymmetry.

Sometimes some people have a weaker lid or "dreamy" eyes as my grandma says.
My mom and brother both have it and they have straight lashes.

I think her left eye is slightly lower than her right. Either way I’m still sure you did a better job than most of the other techs in your zip code lol
I definitely see it, the "spikes" arent prominent on the inner corner of the left eye. So i agree. Maybe changing the curl so that it can be seen. Other than that, they look really good on her.

Her floating iris is made obvious by the lashes. Not the lashes looking weird. I feel.

In my totally unprofessional opinion the right eye looks a lil sparse in comparison to the left but I couldnt tell you why.

One of my eyes is drooper than the other and its my forehead muscles. i was always able to raise one eyebrow higherthan the other. It has gotten more exercise I guess. It's more noticeable as I get older. I use lid tape in the crease to bring the lid up.
but for her, one eye does look smaller or doesn't open as much.
She is still gorgeous.
What do you do about this situation? Are you able to fix it the same day? This would make me so worried if I was a lash tech but seeing so calm and examining your flaws makes me feel more confident 😊

THIS IS SO CUTE, im in canada but i wish you could do my lashes 😭 i got manga/anime lashes done the first time and the girl who did them said my lashes were too sparse and thats why they ended up looking unfinished in the end results. it looked like i was due for a fill after 2-3 weeks 😢

It's not your fault sweetie - unfortunately not only does she have a smaller eye on that side it is more "deep set" (I have this myself & it is a pain!) Affects my eyelashes & eyebrows (bc the brow bone/eyebrow isn't symmetrical with the other eye (made it interesting for my microblading)
& unfortunately the only way to do it - is to freestyle the lashes at this point - but as said; Not Your Fault🌸💜
