I'm like "But what about Trang? your hunnie bunnie?"
The lotus flower is also considered to be very important in Buddhism.
Discovering the deep Vietnam 👍👌nice video 👌✌️
When one of my best friends lived in Vietnam, she raved about how amazing the coffee is there and how there’s so many cool cafe shops. Would be cool to show us some cafes during your vlogs. Thanks for showing us the day to day life there… very cool to see.
sure I can do more cafe videos
Can you take some clips of your daily work, Your house...?
Suggest: add more subtiles such as Vietnamese, Thai...
Here in Thailand, there were no important worship days on a Wednesday in March. But our worship dsys and those in Việt Nam tend to differ.
Boom! Your alley investigations are great 👍
thank you Mark!
Your video of walking through the streets and alleys was great! the sights and sounds of the city of real Vietnamese life.
glad you liked it!
Those kinda looked like ao dai . That’s probably one of the best allies you have been through 😊
Great video buddy......thank u for loving my beautiful country Việt Nam....
You did fantastic. my fren......
Tyler, your Vietnamese is legit my brother! Keep it up. Indiana Alley Jones… I love your new moniker!😂😁
thank you Simon!
Awesome tour, more vids like this. 😃
More to come!
In the temple, they're reading Buddhist scriptures and they usually wear "Lam dress = áo Lam". "Lam Dress" represents solemnity
interesting, thank you for that! is there any reason they were doing this on Wednesday, March 27?
@@BigTimeBentley It's a common "uniform" for most women to wear to read scriptures. Just like American need to dress up nicely going to church on Sundays. btw, there is a calendar that based of the moon unlike American based of the sun.
You're like 50 meters away from grandma's house. It's along that tiny Van Thanh Channel. Love this type of content!
awesome...I like this area of Saigon
Great video on the narrow alleys in Saigon 👍 Thanks Ben ❤🙏
More videos, please 👌
Happy Easter weekend to you and yours in Saigon.
Cheers more videos to come. Happy Easter!
Thanks Mr B great videos
Indy Alley Jones; fearlessly polite!
Can you do a video on McDonald's or Starbucks in Vietnam to see any difference in America
I've got a video comparing Starbucks to Ca Phe Muoi. Might do a fast food video at some point in the future
Wonderful walking around in those street alleys and conversations.
Can you show the equipment's u use to record and edit?
Go pro hero 9 black and a MacBook Pro
White tends to be the traditional colour of mourning in eastern Asia. Especially for Buddhists. So, they might very well have been preparing for a memorial service of some kind.
15:20 that man said to get a Vietnamese wife and you will understand Vietnamese more
Too bad you don't do these deep alley explorations at night time. The night time when all the people comes home from work is when the allies in Saigon comes to life. BTW, the little fishies and turtles for sale outside the temple and by the creek is not a random thing. They are for sale to people who wants to do an act of kindness and release them into the creek to be free. Setting little fishies and turtles free into the lakes and rivers will build up your good Karma credits. Same as when you buy a caged bird and set it free.
I could try that out!
@@BigTimeBentley- YES. OK 🤝. Good. Great 👍
👏👏👏 🫰❣️
And a bunch of people is waiting to recapture those fishes, turtles or birds and resale them back to others.....this is what I heard.
Chào anh. Nhiều Thương việt. Nam thế giới cười tươi tiếng nói chuyện thương tâm quá. Tốt bụng thật thà Thiên Đức chúa trời ban tặng cho. Anh Nghe tiếng việt nam đi chơi ăn đồ ăn. Mùi hương thơm ngon miệng thành phố Hồ chí Đi đến đâu Mến Xinh đẹp chúc gia đình con cháu yêu ông bà nội ngoại yêu bố mẹ. Nhiều may mắn phát tài vạn sự như ý. Tuyệt vời nhất của anh 😍👍👂😍
Funny, there was a guy in Da Nang who did this on a bicycle. Do you know him by any chance?
That narrow barely an alley that no one can fit in looks interesting 😂.
I agree
Chị gái chỗ bán rùa có vẻ thích bạn ha ha
Mr Ty Aly jones, could you make some vdos about westerner areas? I’d love to see that!
yeah could do some thao dien vlogs
Nice in vn
Man, I’m heading back there in April. Is it going to be hot? I am from SD. Weather is perfect over here right now, 70 degrees.
Hot and rainy season
@@xdgs567z crap!
It's definitely going to be hot and more rain in VN during the summer months. April is not too bad.
Best time to visit Vietnam weather-wise is around the end of year and beginning of year
April shouldn't be too bad...not the intense part of the rainy season yet...really just the beginning. That said, be prepared for rain and humidity.
😎👍
Cheers bro
Con rạch Văn Thánh và khu phố Ngô Tất Tố sẽ bị giải tỏa. Sẽ là một cây cầu vượt và đường phố 2 bên bờ sông
It would be useful if you or Trang could explain how to address people, male and female. It seems very complicated.
I could probably make a video about this
You have to tell them you have to choose between 1000 other girls that other people wants to introduce. But you can only pick 10.
Tartine is really good for food
yeah I keep seeing that place...need to go check it out
The lady asked why didn’t use sun screen lotion to protect your face
Oh umm.. the lady said "You wanted to marry my niece?"
Please could you tell at which time on the video.
My cousin is mixed with Vietnamese and German, but he completely looks like German. Nobody could tell he is Asian, even a bit. He was traveling around VN before visiting my family. One time, a girl asked him if he married her when she just met him for the first time in the train. My cousin was so surprised.
you will be a lucky guy to marry a Vietnamese woman since Viet women are well known for their faithful virtues, supportive, talented and caring! not mentioning that they can cook well too!
There is no such thing as lost. There is only further away from where you thought you were😉
I like that
@@BigTimeBentley thank you, Tyler.
You must also pray to the turtles and not just the king crabs ;-)
haha all hail the King Crab
Why don’t you create the translated caption for the Vietnamese parts? I really wanna understand everything!
I'm looking into some captioning options
👍👍🔥🔥🤣🤣
You should use Google Translate with people, because not too much time.
U live in a foreign world😮
How much for a scooter
rentals for a month are about $50...buying a new decent one would be like $3k or so
I don't get why foreigners what to stay where more foreigners are
The local vietnamese neighborhood is much better and you learn vietnamese IMO
No worries Tyler, the white guy wins again 🥴😅
Do you need a degree to teach in Vietnam?
Currently, yes you do in order to get a work permit for teaching English.
I should hope so. Just because English I your native language does not mean you can teach it, especially if you need to explain the grammar and the syntax.
Typo: is your native.
I cannot edit the version of YT on this borrowed iPad.
It’s unnecessary to raise your hand so high to crosse the street. It’s so westerner to do that! Local people don’t do that! 😏
it might be unnecessary but I notice that the drivers tend to be slightly more alert when they see something 9 feet tall versus 6 feet tall...makes me feel a bit more comfortable at the low cost of raising my arm
