the melody you hear from this song originally comes from cirno's theme, beloved tomboyish daughter. silver forest then made a song called kero ⑨ destiny, which is a vocal arrange of suwako's theme, native faith. later they made a cirno ver. of ⑨ destiny, which basically just had cirno's theme as melody instead of suwako's, but with the same instrumental, except for the chime-sounding (too electronic :/ ) thing. teto's territory is using the instrumental from cirno's ⑨ destiny with teto's voice.

The original is Kero ⑨ Destiny, which is based off Native Faith, Suwako Moriya's theme song from the game Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith. The instrumental in this is from Cirno ⑨ Destiny-Its always Cirno's turn, a different version as a 'response' to the original.
And this is Teto's completely unrelated 'parody' :P

I'm pretty sure angel mendoza is in the right here. "It's Always Cirno's Turn" (⑨destiny ～ ずっとチルノのターン) is a remix from the same album kero9destiny is in. Both songs have the same instrumentals, but they differ in terms of lyrics/vocal melody. And Kasane Territory's vocal melody is an exact copy of that of "It's Always Cirno's Turn"
The fact that one remix had a flash video to popularize it and the other did not does not necessarily excuse one for ignoring the other :P

I can't verify the truthfulness of this, but I've read that her voice in this song is not vocaloid or utauloid. This was in her pre-utauloid state. They had a few guys sing together really slowly and sped it up to raise the pitch. Again, it's just something I read.

And I had no idea where I heard it before until I remembered "HOLY FUCK THAT'S TETO TERRITORY" And then I went to Tumblr asking if Teto Territory copied Cirno, then, I looked at the title and realized I'm a fucking idiot.

actually the main reason I trust that source is that this song doesn't use a utauloid voice. Compare this to other utauloid songs if you don't believe me. On the other hand, if you listen carefully, it does sound like a bunch of guys with their voices electronically raised.
Teto was an April fools joke, but the fans picked it up and expanded on her to the point that she's been accepted as a real vocaloid. So while the information about her is correct, like her age, you can only expect it to be bizarre/illogical.
